Family Reserve is a showpiece for HINE’s bespoke cognacs. It is an exceptional blend of more than 50 different Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie that have been aged for at least 50 years.

HINE Family Reserve Cognac was first created in 1936 by Francois Hine following a specific request from a New York customer. This cognac is a top quality blend of well aged Grande Champagne cognacs that have spent many years in the Hine family’s historic cellars on the banks of the River Charente and are part of the family’s private reserves – hence the name.

A strictly limited number of bottles are released sparingly each year, making it one of HINE’s rarest products. It is to be enjoyed by passionate connoisseurs of truly outstanding cognacs.

Presentation of the bottle:

An elegant bottle with high shoulders and a long neck, it bears the royal arms emblem due to HINE being appointed the official cognac supplier to HRH Queen Elizabeth II in 1962. The label features the photos and names of generations of male Hine family members as well as the renowned golden HINE stag.

The bottle comes in a wooden presentation box which also displays all the generations of Hines following Thomas Hine in 1775. The whole package effortlessly demonstrates class and sophistication.

Serve at 14°. This Cognac would pair well with chocolate or cheese cake.
